The Sr. Process Engineer will need the following skills:
Six Sigma knowledge, excellent verbal and written communication skills, project management skills, expertise in molding/insert molding technology, familiarity with IQ/OQ & PQ phases of validation activities used in the manufacture of medical devices, comprehension of PLC programming and electromechanical systems used in automation, familiarity with FMEA's as used in process/equipment development and definition.
Preferred:
Six Sigma Black or Green Belt certification. Familiarity with design for six sigma methodologies. Proven track record in managing large, multi-disciplinary projects from start-to-finish.
Education and Experience
BS in an engineering discipline with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience. Mechanical Engineering discipline preferred.
