Kristen Grant is a Summa Cum Laude graduate from Mercer University’s Research Psychology program. Kristen won the prestigious Mercer University Research Award for her research work in Attachment Theory. Kristen entered into the Staffing Industry in Tampa, FL in 1996 with Nesco Services, a Temp-Perm Agency where she successfully started a new Customer Service and Administrative Services Division. Her previous mentor and supervisor recruited her to a Permanent Placement, Search Firm called Source Services, now K-Force/Romac International. At this Firm, Kristen was instrumental in creating an Accounting and Executive Administration Search Group. Kristen achieved over 200% quota in her two years with this company. In 1999, Kristen joined Apple & Associates as an Executive Recruiter. Since 2000, Kristen has consistently ranked #1 within Apple & Associates. Kristen specializes in Recruiting for the Medical Device and other specialty manufacturing industries such as plastics, power distribution, chemical and pharmaceutical Industries. Kristen has successfully searched a variety of positions from manufacturing engineering, Research and Development (R&D), Operational Excellence (Lean and Six Sigma), Sales, Marketing, Market Development, Reimbursement, Health Economics, Human Resources and Procurement/Commodity Management. |
